Texas State Aquarium and The Lexington
Both are great activities for kids and adults. They are educational as well as entertaining. The Lex is always having some sort of dance, or activity on it, and now they have a new large screen movie theater.

The Texas State Aquarium, is a world class aquarium.
The first major aquarium to focus on ecosystems of the Gulg of Mexico and the Caribbean sea.
Be sure to check out the shark exhibits.

    Sea turtle

The Texas State Aquarium is terrific. Only the Shedd in Chicago can top it. You can get really close to the animals, even touching sharks, stingray, snakes, crabs, etc...
