Dallas hard rock cafe: Average food and horrible service
Mushroom burger had no mushroom and was under cooked. When asked they appogized and agreed to recook it to look like the rest of the burgers at our table. 3 out of 6 meals came 10 min late. To make up for it they gave free desert. We also waited 25 min to get a table when about half were available. Brought neice in for spring break. Disappointing!

The Hard Rock in Dallas in down McKinney Ave – a popular tram travelling route. "The Supreme Court of Rock & Roll" as it is known, was originally built in 1904 as the McKinney Avenue Church. From that time it has become many things. Today it is the 4th Hard Rock in the USA and 9th in the world.
Note : The Hard Rock Cafe is now closed (2007)
Hard Rock Fajitas
The Hard Rock Fajitas are pretty dammed good. If you're not a big eater then you may consider sharing an order. You get 6 fajitas and if you order the mixed choice of beef, chicken and seafood, you won't be disappointed.
Beware of going when a whole bunch of college kids are having lunch out... it's noisy.. but fun:-) T.v. screens replay several video shots such as Saturday night fever and Grease... bop till you drop - anything goes at the Hard Rock.
The Hard Rock has a private room if you want to get small and intimate. Its called the Cheese Club. The cheese club was established in 1986 as a private membership club and was a hot spot for the elite of Dallas in the 80’s and early 90’s which included artists and musicians. This particular club is made up of three rooms, Main Room , Sun Room and a small Antechamber. A royal headboard has been refashioned into a couch and there are ornately carved antique walls and ceilings which were donated from a 14th century castle in England owned by Pete Townsend of “The Who”. The handcrafted bar was shipped to the Hard Rock from a local pub close to Pete’s castle in England. The sunroom has a built-in display case which hoses a collection of late 19th country and western effects, including a custom made ZZ Top branding iron. The Antechamber features two lovely 4th century stained glass windows which were shipped from England
The room hosts private events, meetings, birthday parties etc both for travelling rock Stars and their entourages and the public.
Hard Rock Cafe Dallas: Hard Rock Cafe Dallas - Rockin' the Big D
Love me some Hard Rock Cafe! This was a super-quick visit, as I was only in town overnight and was going to visit my friend who lives outside of Dallas. I ran in, bought my pins, toured the location (lots of cool stuff here - my favorites being the ZZ Top fuzzy guitars by the stage, and the red-white-blue Buck Owens guitar), took some quick pics, then headed on out. As you can see, we were there too late for lunch, but too early for dinner, so the place was empty. Would love to visit longer next time, and maybe have some Texas BBQ! Yum!
