On the 7th floor of the library is the Declaration of Independence Room where you can see the actual document printed on July 4, 1776. Also on this floor there is a priceless First Folio of Shakespeare - the first complete edition of Shakespeare's plays, printed in 1623.

This library includes a large collection of history and genealogy of Texas Dallas and Texas. There is also the largest children’s centre in the U.S. Downtown.

    Open: Mon-Thurs 9:00am-9:00pm, Fri-Sat 9:00am-5:00pm, Sun 1:00pm-5:00pm.
