    Super Shuttle

Super Shuttle is a safe and reliable way to get to your hotel. There are signs to follow after you pick up your luggage. You can just phone them and they will come and pick you up. On the return to the airport you can book them to come and pick you up in time for your flight.

    McKinney Ave. Trolley

    chasin' the trolley

On McKinney Avenue (just North of downtown), you can take a ride upon a vintage trolley. They pass by many restaurants and shops. It's $1.50 for adults and $1 for kids - round trip. The trolley travels by many restaurants, bars and shops...hop off when you see one that you like. I recommend Primo's Bar and Grill.

    The Trolley

    Rock stars ride the trolley!

Take the M Line! It is Uptown's trolley service which features antique trolley rides that loop around Uptown and West Village. They can take you to the Dallas Museum of Art, the Kitchen Dog Theatre and McKinney Avenue Contemporary Gallery, The Magnolia, a dozen wine bars and many, many fabulous restaurants! This is a free service with many stops along McKinney Avenue in Dallas.

GM Transportation, Inc. for Convention Group

by fudgealtoid Written Jul 27, 2006

Our group needed transportation from DFW International Airport to Frisco. We had a small budget to get everyone to Frisco for the convention, and out for dinner that same evening. A friend told be about GM Transportation, Inc. who's based in Irving / Las Colinas. This seemed to be the perfect solution, and it was indeed. GM not only transfered our everyone in our group, they even provided signs on each mini coach so no one got confused at DFW International Airport. And, when we need to find a nice spot to have dinner, the GM Driver provided information about various restaurants around Dallas. If you're a meeting planner or a executive needing ground transportation that's clean, and budget savvy, I suggest you call the people at GM Transportation, Inc. Making the reservation is simple, and the folks that we worked with did a fantastic job... everyone had a fantastic experience.

Well, try Greyhound Bus..once. You could always go there by plane. There must be an airport around..hehe.
Rush-hour is a pain in the butt..but I have a feeling Dallas is a pretty car dependent city.
