Antique Shops Throughout Town: Antiques in Ennis
I love wandering through antique shops to discover a vintage tea towel or old ivory colored celluloid vanity piece, perhaps to add another colorful dish to my fiestaware collection or find an antique hat pin or silver berry spoon. Thank goodness my husband enjoys this pastime, also!

The Kandille is a unique store right down the main strip of Ennis. It has a little of everything from Antiques, books, home and garden pieces, art, gifts as well as a Coffee Bar. The price range varies from fairly inexpensive to a lot more pricey.
In the back section with the entrance on McKinney Street are there European antiques with a fabulous collection of Louis XV, Louis XVI, Country French, Art Deco & Renaissance Hunt Cabinets, Servers, Beds, Washstands, Armoires, Hall Trees, Coffee Tables, Old Leather Suitcases and a lot more.
The Downtown Emporium is a building with several craft and clothing stores within it. The centrepiece is the English Tearoom. A few stores are down on the ground level then there is this wide staircase which will take you to the upper level.
Good Time Charlie's
This store is filled with the most amazing array of memorabilia. There are old trinkets, telephones, posters and records - a lot of which are signed. A really old looking interior with the goods to match - amazing what you might find here.
Czech Heritage Shoppe
There are two sections to this shop. The front entrance, along with the cafe, has a small area of Czech gifts including books, crafts, crystal and silverware etc. Its nice just to browse some of these things.
Upper Level Downtown Emporium
On the upper level of the Emporium, it is more an open area with a wonderful mix of antiques, gifts, crafts and a fairly large range of Christmas decorations.
