    The Japanese gardens are one of the paid areas of the Botanical gardens and well worth the admission price. its one of the largest gardens in the park all built around a pond stocked with Koi.

    The Fort Worth Botanical Gardens are a combination of free gardens and paths along with a few paid attractions. It's a great place to get away from the city and enjoy some nature.

    The Entrance

    This is the Entrance to the Japanese Gardens was designed by Albert Komatsui and Associates and was dedicated to Mr Fikes in 1976 who inspired the Japanese Gardens.

    This is a typical teahouse which extends over the pool, is at the Old Garden Road end of the gardens. It is a memorial to the late secretary to the Horticulture Division, Mary K. Umstead.

    "The Shelter" One of the main entrances to the lovely Botanical Gardens in Ft.Worth.
    This entrance is close to the Japanese Garden, and overlooking the Rose Garden
