From the Dallas/Fort Worth...
From the Dallas/Fort Worth airport you can get an Airporter bus to downtown Fort Worth.
Downtown Fort Worth has a cute little tour bus service - the Longhorn Trolley. It circles the downtown area, the cultrual area of museums, gardens and the zoo, and the Stockyards. You can ride a segment of the trip for $2, or spend $5 for useing the on/off service all day! (The driver never tells you that - I spent $10 one day before I found out I could have just gotten an all-day ticket!)
Nevertheless, it is a great way to get around if you want to tour the area!
Cars, Cars, Cars...Motorways...
Cars, Cars, Cars...
Motorways are hugs and wide and when we drove to Galveston it seemed like nothing as the driving is quite relaxed (compared to my home country). And no danger of ever being hungry or thirsty as the motorways are lined by fast food restos

It used to be the stagecoach and you can still see the old days in festivals such as 'Stockworth Shows'
You can also take a ride on the Tarantula Train which takes you around the city.
This is historical and still running today.
It is the Tarantula train which takes you from Fort Worth to Dallas and Grapevine.
Here I am ready to board the train :o)
