Frisco RoughRiders Professional Baseball, the Texas Rangers’ Double-A Affiliate, announced today that they are the first team in sports history to bring the bullpen right into the seats behind first and third bases. “This is unheard of. We’ve never seen another ballpark with both bullpens built right in the stands with fans surrounding them on all four sides,” said President & General Manager Mike McCall.

It is expected to become one of the premier baseball showcases in North America. The ballpark will become the anchor for Southwest Sports Groups' new multi-purpose complex located next to the Stonebriar shopping center. This project will include a new training center for the Dallas Stars hockey team, a convention center, residential housing, hotel and a brilliant commercial office park.
