The opera house was a very fun experience. They seem to have a good variety of plays. We went to see Driving Miss Daisy and the acting was very good and the play was funny. The opera house was a bit cold, though! Make sure to take your jacket! Ticket prices range from $16 to $24, so a pretty good deal for a little culture. I recommend it as a fun evening activity in Granbury!
Dress Code: Casual to dressy. We got dressed up, but there were plenty of folks in jeans.

The theatre and shows are hugely popular, all the concerts are original productions and are choreographed to live music of the rock'n'roll era. Apparently a standing ovation has followed every performance since its opening in 1999.

This is such a cool old art deco styled theatre, right on the square. There is a Retro-Rocket Band who are a resident company of professional entertainers, perform at least three different concerts tiles on a rotating basis.
