This is more of a roadside attraction than a museum, so don't get your hopes too high. Nonetheless, if you happen to find yourself in Hico, Texas, you really ought to swing in for a few minutes (at the very least you're supporting the local economy.)

Don't miss the Koffee Kup restaurant! Fantastic home cooking. Great cheeseburger and GREAT specials. The pies are just amazing. The merangue is piled at least 4 inches atop the pies.
I've eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner here. All are amazing.
Favorite Dish: I have to pick ONE favorite dish! No way. Homeade bicuits and gravy. Cheeseburger. Turkey and dressing. All the veggie plates. All the pies. Homeade donuts. Homeade yeast rolls!

This place was terrific. They have a HUGE selection of homemade pies, problem is trying to save room for them! You'll get a generous helping, and the wait staff were real sweet even though they were busy. In fact, it's probably the busiest place in Hico now that I think of it. At any rate, eat here and you'll leave happy.
Check out their website for their menu and more!
