Favorite thing: I moved here from NYC for work reasons. I've had the best time of my life. The people have been great and I've done alot of fun things. Some of my favorite things are the area around Rice University and downtown.
Fondest memory: Not just visit a downtown. Choose the right time to do it. If you're not in a business trip, visit downtown on a holiday. It is so empty on holidays, that you can be even scared by that. It was very strange for me to see a lot of huge buildings, and practically no people.
Favorite thing: Houston has a very nice, clean downtown area. So, put on some sneakers and explore. The food is fantastic as well. We had some of the best food from our entire trip while in Houston.
