Have ate at this restaurant in other states, its usually good. The one in one of the biggest malls in the world and I would not recommend it with all the other choices around. The hostess was flat out rude,, hello it's new years day and maybe they were not wanting to work. Waited twenty minutes just to get our drinks, Jason ordered a milkshake and it sat on the barbet another ten minutes and I want up and got it myself. So thirty minutes for drinks. An hour and fifteen minutes for two burnt burgers that were suppose to be medium . Tasted nothing but burnt. Told the waiter and he said well you should see what happen to a customer that ordered yesterday, told us that her burger was burnt on outside and so raw inside it fell apart. Why would u tell customers that first of all. No manager around I guess they don't work on holidays. Wo waits over an hue for a burnt burger? Can't believe Cheesecake factory would allow such poor service all over very disatisfied.

The Cheesecake Factory encompasses it all. It has a fun atmosphere, great bar, chic style, nice waiters, great food, and even better dessert. When you hear the name Cheesecake Factory you may think it's only dessert. Oh my goodness, do not make that mistake! The food is absolutely wonderful. The 27 page menu offers variety upon variety. Anything you want is here. Any type of food is available.
And, yes, you have to have some cheesecake. I believe they have over 50 types of cheesecakes with other desserts including cakes and pies.
Not in the mood to sit in a nice dining area? Take some to go! You can order any of the food and dessert to go if you would rather relax in your room.
Do not miss this place! It's a great date place, as well, if you want a special evening.
Again, this is a franchise so there are many restaurants in the area. Check out the store locator on the website to find the one closest to you. However, in Houston I would recommend going to the one in the Woodlands. You can get away from the city and it is set right off of the mall with a nice little lake area around it. It's right beside a Barnes and Noble...so while I wait for the table I go buy a book or two!
Monday - Thursday 11:00 am - 11:00 pm
Friday & Saturday 11:00 am - 12:30 am
Sunday 10:00 am - 11:00 pm
Favorite Dish: The best appetizer is the avacado eggrolls. I would either order these as a meal, though, or share them with others.
My favorite entree is the spicy chicken nachos (which is actually under the 5 page appetizer menu).
All the cheesecakes are unbelievable!
If you want to order drinks I enjoyed the Mai Tai, and the Godiva Chocolate Martini is strong!

The Cheesecake factory is very commercial but still fun to go to. Half the pages of the menu are for advertizement! It is a chain that you find in most US cities. Their dishes are really good, and their desserts (yes, cheesecakes mainly, how did you guess??) are to die for. The protion are huge. I suggest you eat only half of your main dish, have it "doggy" packed, and thereby saving room for the dessert! I also enjoy their fun various cocktails. The atmosphere is entertaining because the type of people are very mixed, basically the shoppers of the Galleria. The waiters and waitresses are generally good and helpful. There is always a line but it goes through fast. It is a factory after all, it processes its customers efficiently!
Favorite Dish: The cajun dishes are my favorite.

a smart casual dining experience, the wait for a table can be a killer, esp on weekends. The food range is quite amazing, from thai rolls, to ofcourse cheesecake.. as all texas cuisine, the servings are HUMONGOUS. The pricing is on the higher range in comparison with other restaurants... but it does offer a large variety for those who are adventurous.
Favorite Dish: nothing particular...

There's a 2 level cheesecake factory in the Galleria Mall
Better book a seat in advance
They have plenty of main dishes, but I found it's safest to just order a cheesecake.
Appetizers are big enough to fill you up, i find their cheesecakes overpriced for the size and quality. You'll find it's not worth the long wait to be seated.
Favorite Dish: Oreo's Cheesecake
Praliens & Cream Cheesecake
Triple Choco Cheesecake
Strawberry Cheesecake
