This is a small suburb, and we do not have any local transportation agencies. Your best bet is to visit Pflugerville in a car.
Rentals are available at the Austin, TX airport (Airport code: AUS).
Taxis do come out to Pflugerville, but are not frequently easy to find once here, so you would have to wait for them to come from Austin to pick you up.
