Promoted as French "fushion", whatever that is. The owner has family ties to Viet Nam, but I just find great French food. Perhaps it means the restaurant is not French Bistro food, but I don't expect this type of menu unless going to a bistro. The place is always packed, mostly with local, frequent customers -- reservations essential.

Everything, especially any type of fish offered.
