    SAS: Shoe shopping

by Teamfast Updated Feb 3, 2005

    4.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

It's old but its still a nice place to shop.I think its made in the 1880s or 1900s.

What to buy: The shoes. If you want to take a break,go to the middle of the store and buy some popcorn for 5cents and a glass coke for 10cents.Most shoes cost an average $30 to $50 US but the rest cost around $60-more than $100

    Open Mon-Fri 9-6
    Sat 9-5
    Close Sundays

What to pay: 0.05 cents to $165.00 US

  • Too Good To Be Threw: Bargains

by inkblotgirl Written Oct 26, 2004

This is the best consignment clothing store you'll ever find! The clothes are practically brand new and completely cheap! And I'm talking name brand stuff. Recently I bought a pair of Ann Taylor pants for $9, a Dolce dress for $15, and a Jones New York sweater for $5.
You can't beat that! Some clothes even have the original tags still attached.

What to pay: You can buy some things from a couple bucks up to a couple hundred (if you're looking at the furs).

    Paris Hatters: Genuine Texas Hats

by yooperprof Written Mar 1, 2003

    3.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

Paris Hatters is a traditional family firm that has been covering the heads of Texans since 1917. They also serve customers around the world with their special custom-made stetsons, fedoras, and fisherman's caps. Nice showroom - they'll be glad to measure your crown for you, and if they don't have your size right on hand, they will be more than glad to produce something that will perfectly top you off.
