Ghost Town Cafe: Decent Food in a Ghost Town
In the ghost town of Terlingua, there are not a lot of choices for restaurants. I opted for the Ghost Town Cafe. It looked pretty good from the outside and had an interesting small town feel. The food was kinda average as was the service.
Favorite Dish: The Ham Steak was okay.

Starlight Theater: Dining in the desert
Monday night is two-for-one burgers at the Starlight. It is the place in this authentic ghosttown. Other nights are fine as well. Meet the locals.
Favorite Dish: Enchiladas are really good. Blackened salmon and the filet mignon are excellent. Don't hesitate to order a margarita.
In nearby Marathon, at the Dry...
In nearby Marathon, at the Dry Bean Cafe, a husband and wife host guests for a two-to-three hour trail ride cookout, complete with cowboy songs and poetry. It gives a real feel for the area.
Singing 'home, home on the range' with four guys from the Netherlands and a couple from Canada. Great stories from the host. Gives historical data about the area you won't read anywhere.
Favorite Dish: Don't remember the food. Believe I just had a sandwich.
