Fondest memory: We were lucky enough to spend a night at Goulding´s Lodge - from where you get a great view at any time of the day.
Fondest memory: The colours and the atmosphere down in the valley are spectacular. Don´t forget to bring enough film (which I did not, alas).
Fondest memory: The Navajos offer guided jeep tours, but it is also possible to go down in your own car. There are no real roads but tracks, so drive carefully.
