 | Park City Nightlife | Tips 1 - 10 of 10 | | Main Street has a pretty interesting nightlife. During the ski season places like Harry O's, Mother Urbans, & the No Name Saloon come to life. These places offer enough diverse cultural activity for anyone's taste. Leave a Comment Theme: Other

One thing that is unique is that this bar absolutely rages! Seriously on Saturdays, this is one the best bars in the world. I will put it up against any other bar you've got. Come on...who you got? In the mood for some chillout after skiing? head to Park City. Park your car and wander around. Plenty of places to eat, chill, watch locals (who, apparently, everybody knows each other), tourists (who apparently forget that in Utah you can't find beer with alcohol content abover 3.25%) At the entrance (of almost any place) you will be asked if you're a "member". Not quite sure what that means - but you must be a member, or someone has to "sponsor" you. Do more research.

This is Park City's first smoke free bar. A simply elegant locale with a sweeping circular bar as the center focal point. A grand piano, pumpkin-colored walls, retro red couch, and back-lit glass wine cellar add warmth and a metropolitan feel to the surrounding bistro tables and chairs. Aside from the 60-bottle strong wine list and 12 wines by the glass, Renee's offers a full martini list as well including the likes of the chocolate martini, black raspberry martini and zen martini. One of my favorite bars. It ain't pretty but it has a lot of character. Definitely a locals bar. Tip: Show up on Tuesday night for $3 gigantic beers and burgers. Pool table in the back and video games. Serves liquor, wine and beer. Domestic bottled beer and a good selection of local micro brews on tap (3.2). The burgers and Teriyaki chicken sandwiches are really good. Don't forget to read all the bumper stickers pasted aroound the bar. If you are of the politically correct type nature you should probably not visit this place or you will certainly be offended. Actually, if you are proud to be politically correct please join us so that we can heckle you....
Anything goes. Leave a Comment Theme: Eating and DrinkingAddress: Main Street - Park City - Next to No Name SaloonDirections: Drive up Main street and it will be 3/4 of the way up on the right.

On a Wednesday night this is the place to go for all locals - those who are from Park City and the many many people who work in the resorts, hotels and restaurants in the area. The staff are lovely, we chatted to them because we arrived early but it soon became very very busy. In Ireland, we'd describe the nightclub as a meat market. Its all about girls and guys finding each other while listening to popular dance/r'n'b music and drinking copious amounts of alcohol. It was a lot of fun but definetly not chilled out. Apparently the italian resaurant is meant to be lovely and there are a number of pool tables which were popular all night.
The girls were fairly glamoursly dressed in pretty tops, jeans, high heels and some skirts and boots. Boys were dressed as boys normally dress - jeans, shirt or t shirt, shoes or runners, whatever.; Theme: NightclubDirections: Main Street

This is my brother's ( who is 31 year old Irish finacial type for anyone looking for types though he isn't one) favourite spot in Park City after 4 months of living there. Its a nice mixture of locals and tourists and has live music every night. When we went there on Valentine's night it wasn't particularly busy but the atmosphere was friendly and reasonably buzzing. We sat at a table and the service was good, while the cocktails were delcious. There was a balcony at the back for smoking and nibbles for the hungry. At the back was a small stage with more table in front of it. While we were there a man was singing and playing the acoustic guitar in the style expected of Utah. He was actually very good in a chilled out country way.
Casual but make sure to bring to your ID!!!!! Theme: Live MusicDirections: Main Street, down a short outdoor corridor

This bar has live music every night. A lot of people, locals included, tend to start off in the spur across the road and then migrate to the slightly more uptempo spot of the Side Car. It's up an out-of-commision escalator in the Main Street Shopping Mall. The Bar is modern with a good selection of drink including Polygamy Porter, my brother's favourite local beer brewed up the street in Wasach Brew Pub. Every evening there is lively live music ( is that a repetition of sorts!!) and plenty of dancing. There's a nice, sometime heated, balcony to smoke on and also observe main street which strikes me as a pleasant occupation.
none that I saw... but BRING YOUR ID!!!! No matter your age Theme: Live MusicDirections: Main Street
