Since we did not have transportation of our own (having flown in and the agency not running to rental cars), we were at the mercy of the locals for meals. We walked somewhere for lunch on the 15th. I don't remember where.
The OSHA Training Institute was not near many places where we could eat. Some of the guys took us various places for lunch. On the 16th, we went to a kind of cafeteria type Mexican place, and I paid $6.20 plus a $2 tip. I don't remember the name of it.
On the 17th we went here to the Rio Grande railway station. I spent $10.10 for my meal. I don't remember what I had.
