Another eclectic mall. This has been undergoing a major transistion and many spots are empty. The shops that are still there are great though. The fabulous Wellers Book store just opened there, along with Whole Food Market. Good restaurants are the Rodizio Grill and Desert Pub.

This is a nice outdoor mall west of the Energy Solutions Arena. There are lots of places to have dinner before a Jazz Game. It is also full of other good stores, The Apple store, Coldwater Creek, Dicks and many many more.
There is an interactive fountain built in the shape of the 2002 Olympic symbol that is fun on a hot day. They have fires in the plaza there in the winter.

Big outdoor mall, located in the place where there was an old train station. (Union Pacific Depot)
Lot of shops, quiet place (like everything in SLCity....). Visit it.
What to buy: Stores making their debut in town include Abercrombie & Fitch, Bebe, J. Crew and Build-a-Bear Workshop. Old favorites such as Bastille, Bill Loya, Victoria's Secret, Brookstone, Barnes & Noble and the MegaPlex Theater also inhabit the complex. Stores catering to the local crowd include Galyans, a sporting-goods store and Brighton Collectibles. Restaurants featured throughout the mall include the Happy Sumo sushi bar, California Pizza Kitchen, Fleming's Prime Steak House and Ruby's Diner.

This was a surprize to see. I knew they built a new open air mall connecting itself to the Historical Union Station. It's a very beautiful mall that has plenty of well known stores and brands. It has lots of restaurants and seems to be a hangout for entertainment also. It has escalators and elevators for those who need the extra assistance to get to the second floor. Something that is very unique is the new train station is near and they have these new condos and apartments right across from them. Plus it has this very unique dancing water foutain at the front entrance to the mall from the Union Station entrance. It also where you can see the Olymic Bronze Statue and wall of dedication for the 2002 Winter Games.
