    3.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

AAA gives the Visitor's Center a red star - one of 5 red starred attractions in Salt Lake. The north west corner has the Old and New Testament murals and a Christus. The south east corner one has a 30 minute presentation of the Book of Mormons (on requrest). Free

I don't think I made much of a visit to the Visitor's Centers.

All of the LDS sites are free and there are two visitors centers in Temple Square. The Mormon Temple (left) is not open to the public. A block west of here is the Mormon Tabernacle, home to the famous (you guessed it) Mormon Tabernacle Choir. Be sure not to miss the informative Museum of Church History and Art. It contains some wonderful exhibits the trials and travails of the Latter Day Saints, quite sad when you consider we live in a land that supposedly guarantees religious freedom.
