Betty's café.: Lovely place!!!!
We found this breakfast stop completely by mistake (travelling in the wrong direction) and didn't regret it. A lovely smile as I opened the door, service and food on the same level.
$16 for the two of us inc. coffee and tax.
Favorite Dish: Big fluffy pancakes topped off with a couple of over-easy eggs. Yumyum.
Estell's Last Chance Restaurant: Odd Location; Great Eats!
Excellent soup, a meal in itself. My sidekick had Utah trout, which was very good. My lamb was also yummy. Beer! Wine! Cocktails!
Good ambiance; in contrast with some of the other places we've eaten here, people actually seemed to be having a good time.
No room for pie. Next time maybe.
Favorite Dish: All the food arriving at neighboring tables looked fine.

Betty's Cafe: Best breakfast in the West!!!
Betty's pancakes are huge and fluffy - the waffles are huge, the omelets are phenomonial. Her fresh soup and pies are made from scratch every day and they are wonderful. From the outside it doesn't look like much and the parking is poor - but the food, the service and the atomsphere is to die for!
Favorite Dish: The pancakes, eggs and bacon !!! My dad's absolute favorite is the western omelett and country potatoes. (the salsa is great too)
Red Canyon Lodge: Great fresh trout and a great place
The food is great, the staff is awesome and you can watch the scenary outside the window or you can sit on the patio to eat. There are hummingbirds that feed just outside your window and you'll probably see squirrels running up the trees if you're out on the patio. There are large hanging swinging that you can sit and enjoy the scenery after the meal.
Favorite Dish: The lodge's 1/4 burger - it's great. The fresh trout is wonderful too.
