Vernal has one, privately operated Taxi service. The best way around Vernal is in your private vehicle or a rental car. There is no public transporation.
Some hotels, offer a shuttles to Dinosaur Monument during the peak season. If you plan on river running, the raft companies can usually arrange your transportation.
