Favorite thing: Go to Stowe, Vermont. Anytime of year this little resort town rocks. And, on the drive in from the Interstate through Waterbury, stop at the Cold Hollow Cider Mill, the Ben and Jerry's factory (free taste tests!), and the Green Mountain Coffee store.

Favorite thing: Vermont is a very Natural state. I believe, and my last visit seems to have assured me as such, that billboards are not allowed. With acres of wilderness, it's one of the most relaxing places I've ever visited.

Favorite thing: take a car ride during the fall and see all the beautiful leaves. If you come in the winter you must go skiing or snowboarding.
Fondest memory: The best thing about Vermont is the beautiful leaves and the autumn nights. The taste of a crisp red apple when you first bite into it. The splendid mountains and all the magnificent farm land.

Favorite thing: Fantastic rolling green hills, just beautiful countryside for hikers, little shops and inns everywhere.
Fondest memory: Quechee Gorge was a great stop, with a little wine tasting shop nearby with all varieties of local fare.

Favorite thing: We have taken our two sons sking in Vermont and it is beautiful in the winter, and pretty cold but is is worth the visit, driving thru the winter, the view and coming from a tropical country being there in the winter. We expect to go back soon.
