Surely I went there and... there was NO SHIP! Hmm... was it the old map (where is the ship now?), future map or just wrong map?
Very wide James River looks pretty wild and "old" even without the ship. Hmm... the ship was only a replica.

Visit Colonial National Historical Park in Jamestown, 28 mi west of Charles City. It is America's first permanent English colony. The three ships from England: Susan Constant, Godspeed and Discovery landed there in the spring of 1607. There are the replicas of these ships displayed there.
