Terrible experience, other than the Octoberfest beer prices. This place is so cliche. If I want to see girls dancing and making out on the bar, then I will go to a strip club. The place is filthy, and the decor is tacky. Anyplace that serves martinis in a plastic cup has some serious issues.

THIS WAS ONE OF THE HOTTEST SPOTS I EVER WENT TO IN SUCH A LONG TIME MATTER OF FACT I WAS IN TOWN CELEBRATING MY B DAY WHILE AT THIS SPOT I GOT THE CHANCE TO GET ON TOP DA BAR AND SHAKE MY TAIL FEATHER I'LL MOST DEFINTELY BE BACK AGAIN IN TWO WEEKS/ SO TAKE MY WORD FOR IT THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST SPOTS TO GO TO GET UR PARTY ON WITH FRIENDLY STAFF AND NICE PARTY GOERS!!!

This is a simple martini bar, conviently located near MacArthur Center downtown. Look for it, the bartender was not only beautiful, but she could mix an excellent drink. We tried about 1/2 dozen martinis liked almost all of them, luckily our hotel was directly across the street.

Like the title says, if you like to get out and party, this is the place. Dancing on the bar, getting wild. Really gets going after midnight. Leave a Comment

If you have money, downtown is the place. Either the Waterside mall, or any numerous clubs along Granby st. When you get bored with that, go to Portsmith via HRT ferry, ($.75) and check out their wide variety of clubs.
My favorite hangout is Backstage Cafe, for it's music, atmosphere, and leather couches. Lots of snobby people, though.
I've run around in a t-shirt and blue jeans, though people tend to sneer less and you get better service if you dress in slacks and a nice shirt. Leave a Comment Theme: TheaterDirections: Just get a cab, and go to Waterside in downtown Norfolk. Everything else is within walking distance, and is pretty safe at night if you stay around the skyscrapers.

Club Soda is truly a great little restraunt in downtown Norfolk for Drinks esp. Martini's and Excellent food with a great staff and greatest bar tenders in the world. They also have downstairs bar for parties and other events.....For large groups would recommend making reservations.
Great place to eat and have drinks before the Opera or other shows in the Area.

The best little tapas spot for yummy food and martini's. Their menu is ever changing so you won't ever get bored of the same food. I love the decor and the atmosphere. It's a small but great place to meet friends or go on a date. you don't have to be dressed up to get in nor do you feel uncomfortable due to the attire of the staff. (the women have sexy yet non-slutty clothes on and the men are stylish.) i personally like to go there to start out an evening before a concert at the Norva or finish the evening with a sweet treat.
