Carpenter Center for the Performing Arts: For the artsy crowd

    Carpenter Centre

The Carpenter Center is a place where you go to a play or some fancy classical concert. Sometimes they have really GOOD entertainment. One time, I went to see (columnist, author and comedian) Lewis Grizzard do a live performance. Tragically, it was 6 months before he died.

Dress Code: It depends on the event. For the theatre, opera, or some concert, I'm guessing overalls won't do. However, no need to put on the dog for a performance of a comedian or some such thing as that.
