Richmond is like many other cities... it is not exempt from people who do not pick up after themselves, so as a warning to you and to keep you shoe clean from poo, make sure to be conscious of where you walk when you see a sign like this. $250 is a pretty steep fine, so you can only imagine that this must be a worthy price that they are paying city pooper scoopers.
