Tysons Corner has no rail station right in town. The closest Metro-Rail stations are in West Falls at eastern end of Dulles Access Road (VA 267); Dunn Loring west of Gallows Road (VA 650); Vienna west of Nutley Street (VA 243). These stations are on the Orange Line.
From those stations it is a short cab ride or bus ride to Tysons corner.

I don't see how you could get arond in Tyson's corner without a car. It is NOT pedestrian-friendly : (
I guess you could take a taxi, but that would probably get expensive.
