This is a large mall, one of four in the Virginia beach area.

They are all very nice.

If you want to and you are a keen shopaholic there is another mall before reaching Lynnhaven called Hilltop so you could hop off the bus there and then hop back on to go to Lynnhaven.
There are tons of malls in the area. The best ones are probably MacArthur Mall in Norfolk, Lynnhaven Mall in Virginia Beach, and Greenbrier Mall in Chesapeake. Don't bother going to Pembroke and Military Circle Mall. There's not a whole lot going on there and do not meet the general public's expectations of a standard mall.
Edwards Beachwear had their Grand Opening when we were there. Your general giftshop at the beach, pretty good prices and products, look around you'll find something you like.
This is your typical gift store however, they have these very unique clear toilet seats with seashells inside!
What to buy:
Definitely one of the seashell toilet seats!
What to pay:
Around $200 just for the seat..
