    Bus 20 and 33

    by iam1wthee Written Oct 1, 2014

Bus 33 run on pacific avenue and you will be using this during off season when the shuttle bus stops running. It runs hourly and it is usually not timely. It runs near rudees inlet upto edgar cayce spa.

Bus 20 takes you to the waterfront and passes by several malls and attractions.

If you buy an all day pass on these buses then you can use these on the shuttle. If you buy the all day pass on the shuttle then you pay an extra 25 to ride the bus. This will change soon though.

Walking up and down the main Strip in VAB

    by butterflykizzez04 Written Apr 6, 2005

While staying on the oceanfront, it is best to either walk or use the WAVE bus/Trolley system. It is very cheap. This helps with the traffic problem on the oceanfront side.

Because it was preseason, the bus/trolley system wasn't running, so we walked.

Now if your going to one of the many shopping centers in the town area of virginia beach away from the tourist oceanfront, then you need to use your car.
