Why not see colonial Williamsburg the way the original gentry did, by horse and carriage. TIP: This activity filled up QUICKLY--sign up is advised asap when arriving in Williamsburg. Check at the visitor's center or go to the ticket office. The cost of renting a carriage for 1/2 hr. is $10 per person if you have a general admission ticket; it is $15 per person without.
This was fun, especially for kids. It cost $10 per person for a nice 15 minute ride around Williamsburg in a period horse drawn carriage. Seems a little hokey at first glance, maybe, but great for kids!
A favorite outdoor activity but reserve before the visit to Colonial Williamsburg by calling
