The Old Executive Offices
Favorite thing: This French-Second Empire style building was originally called the "State, War, and Navy Building."
It later became the Executive Offices and was nearly destroyed in 1957. In 1981 they began restoration and expansion. When I was here it was called the Old Executive Offices and the Vice Pesident no longer had an office here, his office had been moved to the White House.
Since then the name has changed again to, Eisenhower Executive Office Building and the Vice President has his "ceremonial office" here. Also, other Members of the Executive Branch of the US Government have offices located here.

Old Executive Office Bldg,...
Favorite thing: Old Executive Office Bldg, immedialtely adjacent to the White House. This is where all essential White House staffers 'not important enough to be in the White House' work. Big gun Bureaucrats work here.
