Au Pied de Cochon, Washington D.C.

Au Pied de Cochon is also a full service bar which serves until 3 in the morning. Additionally, even after the bar is closed, they keep the kitchen open until they close down the whole place. It's a bit ritzier than Waffle House, but then again, they're French!

Favorite Dish: I actually ate there last night. We had a lot of the appetizers as well as some food. As far as appetizers are concerned, be sure to try the stuffed mussels. If you're looking for an entree, have the crepes. I had the ham, cheese, & mushroom crepes and they were wonderful.

This hot spot is open 24 hours in the heart of Georgetown.Somehow they always manage to hire the cutest foreign waiters in the world!

Favorite Dish: They make wonderful crepes. My favourite is La Reine stuffed with cheese, ham and mushrooms. Once, a group of girlfriends and I had the fixed price dinner:fresh baguettes with sweet butter, onion soup with gruyere thick enough to choke you...finished the meal with raspberry tarts and amarettos
