    Red Sage: Good Food!

While exploring all day on my second visit. I thought it was time to treat my sister to a nice dinner. We stopped it here after exploring all day. What a wonderful place. It was during summer my second visit, so the nice cool air in here was welcoming. We loved the decor of this place and we were so happy to find a very comfortable place to sit and eat. They had a very wide selection and had two different types of dinning rooms. More casual up top and had a very lovely restaurant downstairs.

There are two parts to this restaurant. The cafe side (I believe it's the upstairs) is less expensive and more informal.

Favorite Dish: Everything I've had here has been yummy; the guacamole is particularly fresh & tasty.

Red Sage: Restaurant Week (end of July)

by LLend Written Aug 7, 2003 13 reviews

    Went during Restaurant week, Lunch.
Set menu for $20 @ got appetizer, entree, dessert.
The food Yum! Tex/ Mex and inventive.
Dress casual but not a t-shirt place.
Treat yourself while in DC, and make online reservations.
*Couldn't eat after entree, took home fabulous cookies!

Favorite Dish: Pecan Crusted Chicken breast (want recipe).
    Daughter loved Thai chicken salad.
