Located inside the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center, the small store kiosk features an assortment of local crafts and artists work, nature themed cards from a national publishing group, toys from other parts of the world, and various other odds and ends.
There are historical photographs from a national photo publishing company, but the inventory here concentrates on the local area (with one or two San Francisco and New York photos thrown in).
What to buy: Concentrate on the local crafts that you are not likely to find elsewhere. Many of these trinkets are available in many locations, but a few are unique to the area.
There are a number of guide books and Lewis & Clark books among the selection here, and those may also be worth a look.
This is the kind of small store that is just so fun and vital. More a camping store than anything else.
