They make almost everything from scratch with the finest ingredients, organic flours for the dough,
ex-virgin olive oil, they grate and blend their cheeses, use the purist things to make the salad dressings, daily fresh chopped vegies, locally made sausage.
Plus they serve a large selection of local wines and beers.
