Don't get me wrong: the food here is quite good, but it is also typical high grease and relatively unhealthy stock that you would find anywhere in the USA - 30 years ago. They offer the typical eggs, bacon, hash browns, and other items that are typical staples of this type of establishment.

It's OK stuff to eat once in a while, but not something you would want to eat on a regular basis.

Cle Elum Warnings and Dangers

If you ever visit Washington State and you want to drive to The Cascade Range, (ex. Ellensburg or Yakima) be careful driving on I-90 through Snoqualmie Pass, especially in the months from mid-October to mid-May. Even in early spring, Snoqualmie Pass can still have thick snow. Make sure to listen to a NOAA radio or your car's radio on AM 1610.
