Not really sure what to say. Really. It's all about the shows at the amphitheater.
Dress Code: In May bring poncho for rain (or hale, as it did once) sunblock, shorts, long pants, sandals and sneakers and a jacket. And tank tops.Related to:

Favorite thing: George is in what's called the "high desert." That does not mean it's coked out or on meth or even just a little bit stoned. What it does mean is that its elevation to sea level is in the "above" category and that it gets little rain.
Drink a lot of water and wear sunblock. I'm not sure if cowboy hats are in or out but bring a hat and maybe even wear it. I'm sure it will look great. What you don't want is a sunburn. Truly, they suck. One year we were at the Sasquatch Festival and it was all tank tops and sunburns and the next moment, after a few thunderclaps it was all painful hail and closed stage. Cold weather and sunburns on top of much alcohol ($8 per CAN of beer, albeit a tallboy) is a bad idea.
Fondest memory: After getting a sunburn on one side of my face, hiding under a tarp my friend "illegally" brought in, (though they caught him and recommended against it) while it hailed for 30 minutes, shutting down the stage then waiting 3 or 4 hours for the show to get back on the road. Way to go Nikko Case.
