Relive Seattle's history with a stop inside this old building to see exhibits and hear the ranger's presentation about the Klondike Gold Rush days.
There are many photo exhibits and a small theater where you can see how panhandlers prepared for the long haul toward Alaska at the turn of the century in downtown Seattle.
Outside in historic Pioneer Square you can see 21st century panhandlers begging for change from tourists wandering between art galleries.
Don't forget to pick up the free brochure and visitor guide that you can read while waiting for the waterfront streetcar to make its way down from Chinatown and perhaps take you to the Seattle Aquarium.

The park is located in a Pioneer Square building
