Moclips Things to Do
There are two public access points for the beach at Moclips, and very little public parking.
If you enter Moclips from the Moclips Highway, you will find that just south of the junction with highway 109 there is a sharp S turn in the road, and then an intersection with 2nd Street. Just west of the bridge over the Moclips River there is a public restroom with several public parking places. This is pretty much the limit for public parking in Moclips.
If you continue west on 2nd, you will come to a narrow gravel road that leads to the beach, and most people seem to just drive onto the beach at this location. It is also possible to walk onto the beach here.
Another beach access point is located on the south end of Pacific Avenue, but it is a very small sign and it is not clear at all where this access point is as the only thing there is the yard to one of the beach houses, and once you get to the beach it is nearly impossible to find your way back to this point due to heavy submersion by beach grass. Therefore, I highly suggest using the road access point as it is very clear and obvious.Related to:
