There is no other pizza place in the world that can beat Pagliacci...in my opinion. I have the utmost respect for this place, even after working there when I was younger. Their seasonal specials may pull you in like pear and gorgonzola pizza or the spring sausage primo, they always have something up their sleeves. A little more expensive then say Dominos but this is for sure to be the one of the tastiest pizza's you'll ever experience.
PS. After working there nothing bugs me more then people pronunciating pagliacci 'PAG-LIACCI', it's pagliacci, the 'g' is silent. Thanks much!
Favorite Dish: The fresh veggie, prosciutto primo and chicken primo are delicious!

Located on 45th street in Wallingford, this restaurant is near the Guild Theatres and many unique and memorable shops. But what really stands out is it's charming atmosophere. The Pizza House is located in an old house that is small and can easily be missed when driving by. Parking is difficult and it's usually best to drive and park on a side street then walk-but it's well worth it! The pizza is unique and creative and tasty!
Favorite Dish: The last time I was there I had a sundried tomato and artichoke pizza. Yum!

Located only about a 5 minute walk from the Seattle Center and Space Needle, Zeke's Pizza's Belltown location seems to be a great deal compared to what you might find in the area within walking distance of Seattle Center. The location certainly has a lot of character built into the building. The wood and marble bar used to serve the customers has been in service for decades for the various previous tenants of this piece of Seattle's history.
Booth seating is fairly hard, but surprisingly comfortable for plywood. Other seats do have padding added to them.
Unfortunately, there does not seem to be any outdoor seating space. If they do occasionally move tables out to the sidewalk, it certainly wasn't in evidence while I was there. I'm fairly certain that the sidewalks are too narrow around the restaurant for this.
At about 2 in the afternoon, the configuration of the restaurant changes from a quick serve walk in and order a slice or two facility to a crowd pleasing order an entire pizza type of facility with beer on tap. This involves removing various items from the counter and changing the seating arrangements in at least two of the rooms. The photos show the restaurant just before the transition, so what you see may not be what you see should you enter the restaurant in the evenings. This also shows difference in markets between the lunch crowd and the evening crowd in downtown Seattle.
Favorite Dish: Fountain drinks have free refills at lunch! That is a definite plus and a favorite feature!
Pizza slices are fairly good sized, and with the lunch specials it is possible to get two of them, plus a fountain drink, for less than $9, is another favorite! Any of the two slice pizza specials at lunch are a great deal, and there are several options to choose from. Don't worry about any of your options being bad ones here!

Zeeks is a casual place where you can order whole pizza's or buy pizza by the slice. Aside from great sauce and toppings Zeeks pizzas have amazing crust. It is thin and crispy, reminds me very much of New York style pizza. I like to keep my pizza simple so I usually order Margarita or veggie but all of them have the same great crust so you cant really go wrong.
Zeeks is a local chain with 5 locations in Seattle: Belltown, Queen Anne/Fremont, Phinney ridge, Greenlake and Ravenna. My favorite location is the one on Phinney ridge (near Woodland park zoo) where I can sit out on the patio on a sunny day. Overall a great place to go for pizza and beer.
Favorite Dish: Veggie or Margarita pizza.

While the store itself is not special, the food is. Everything is vegan and all of the pizzas are good. The desserts are incredable also. Pizza Pi recently changed management and the food is way better than before. You can sit in the store but I usually call in for take out. This has to be one of the best vegan resturants in all of Seattle, and there are quite a few.
Favorite Dish: Everything is good. The cinnamon apple turnovers with vegan icing has to be the best part.

With multiple locations throughout the city, Pagliacci is everywhere. The pizzerias are casual affairs, ordering at the counter from one of a half dozen pizzas of the day. Most are standbys, but a few are more complicated and interesting. Buy by the slice or by the pie, and sit back to enjoy in the funky atmosphere of the place. Delivery is also available for those who do not with to leave the comforts of home. Delicious, cheap... what more could you ask for?
