Will.Reis Says: Great techno mucic. Beautiful, young people. 21 and up. Not for the faint of heart Dress to impress. But can get in wearing almost anything. Coat and tie a little much though.
Will.Reis Says: Built for the world fare. Not worth the price to the top. The resteraunt on the top is overpriced, and the food is not very good. You pay for the atmosphere which isn't the greatest either. Go to the observation deck, not the resteraunt. Go to the EMP a block away.
