The Pine Lake Loop Trail is getting a new accessible surface. Currently under construction, the 1.25 mile loop will feature an asphalt surface accessible to visitors in wheelchairs and pushing strollers etc. Visitors will be able to sit at one of four benches and view wildlife on Winslow Pool and Pine Lake, hike the loop trail, or use the new Seacoast binoculars donated by the Friends of Turnbull NWR for the overlook by Winslow Pool (not installed yet, but coming soon) to view ducks and other water birds.
