The chai doesn't have a great flavor. In fact, it's the kind of cheap chai that's made from powder.
The food was so-so--bland, fastfood-ish, definitely not worth coming back for.
For better food, go across Main St. There's a great new restaurant on the east side of the courthouse. Their food is homemade and just as inexpensive.
The shop has a great view of the main drag thru town. The wait staff were nice. The atmosphere was good.
