    Smile and say Fish

    by Travler409 Written Aug 17, 2009

Saw a stuffed 120 pound sturgeon, a stuffed 220 black bear, and a display of small boat motors that show the eveolution of the engines. There are a lot of world record holders in various classes, competitions, and fish type. In addition to all of that, there are a couple of sasquatches.

For our trip in 2003, we did our usual tubing behind the boat, fishing, but we also did canoing this year. My son and I learned that you shouldn't try to switch seats once you get in, as we flipped immediately. Our trip was quite memorable as we also got bit and chased by deer flies, crashed into trees and boulders and headed downstream backwards a few times. But we actually enjoyed it and learned how to canoe pretty straight before the end of the trip :o)

    Lumberjacks and Candy

by janiac Written Mar 19, 2003

Favorite thing: We do just about the same things every time we visit. Go to the lumberjack show, visit main street and Trembley's candy store, bump around on the boat on the lake

Fondest memory: Dragging the kids on tubes behind a speedboat and fishing for crayfish

    Cody loves boating!
