blaird Says: I was trying to think of a second New Berlin restaurant and am struggling. Go to Brookfield or Waukesha, there are good restaurants there that are very close to NB.
Leave New Berlin: Third Nightlife tip...
blaird Says: Okay, if the first two tips don't really excite you, do what I usually did, go somewhere else. Waukesha is very close, Milwaukee is only about 20 minutes away, West Allis is pretty close. ?

blaird Says: Okay, the highest point in Waukesha County is not very high (something like 1,200 feet). This is a very nice, easy 2.5 mile round trip hike to Lapham Peak. It is very pretty with a rolling landscape marked by kettles (because of glaciers during the retreat of the ice age)...
