While in Two Rivers you MUST have an ice cream sundae. After all, this tasty treat was invented here. The best place in Two Rivers for a sundae is no doubt the historic Washington House.
There are many options available as far as ice cream flavors and toppings go. Karen and I shared the three scoop Washington House Special - with vanilla, chocolate and almond ice cream, topped with chocolate, strawberry and pineapple syrups, then piled high with whipped cream, sprinkled with nuts and two cherries on top. Flortunately, Karen ate only about a third of this wonderful concoction, leaving the larger portion to me.

This is Phil Rohrer's Lunch in the early 60's.
No extra charge for the small town charm.
Favorite Dish: Raw Fries. There like potato chips that get fried about half way and then smothered in gravy. Order the cheesburger with fried onions and a side of raw fries. Leave room for the chocolate malts.
