If your tastebuds are leaning more towards Italian Cuisine, check out Bottcelli Ristorante Italiano. They offer a variety of pasta and pizza dishes as well as dishes like Chicken Piccata and Veal Parmesan. Open 10 AM to 9 PM Monday through Thursday and 10 AM to 10 PM on Friday and Saturday. Closed on Sunday.
Favorite Dish: I liked their Veal Parmesan pretty well and I have high standards for Italian food having lived in Italy for 4 years.

I looked through some brochures for restaurants in Casper that were in my motel room and selected the J. S. Chinese Restaurant, because it was close by and in the downtown area which I wanted to see. The restaurant was in a small building stuck between two larger ones. Inside the restaurant was even smaller looking with a few booths and tables. The decor was fairly typical for a Chinese Restaurant, with scrolls, lanterns, fish in an aquarium, etc. There was a Chinese Newspaper on the stand by the cashier (I left it there since I can only read a few dozen characters. I ordered Chicken Curry to go. The man and woman working there were friendly and the food came promptly. The portions were good but it was not spicy enough. Chicken Curry should be spicy. Overall though, not a bad choice for a Chinese Dinner.
