Sinks Canyon is definitely a climber's mecca. You can boulder, sport climb, solo, or traditional climb. Lander hosts the International Climbers Festival July 10-14. It is an excellent time to meet your climbing brotha's and sista's.

The fishing must be awesome here. The water is so clear and fresh and blue.
We were not there in the ski season, but could imagine they must have a wonderful time and lots of visitors.
